a lot like Christmas. On Wednesday we got our tree ( a real one) and hence I decided to get out all the decorations. Exams have started and I'm already up to my ears marking papers so I am glad I got it done.
In the kitchen/dining room I went for silver, white and a soft shade of blue which goes well with the fabric I added to the curtains this summer.
In the hallway on the first floor I changed the deco and added some new jars and filled them with Christmas decorations.
I also got an early present in the mail: MY DECEMBER SCRAPTASTIC KIT. It is so beautiful. I went went with the the JUST BREATHE kit and its ADD ON. I created this layout with it for Challenge Thursday over on the Scraptastic Blog. You can play along and win a FAB prize.
I used two fun techniques for this layout. The first was paper weaving and the second "masked stamping" (using and mask and stamping over it to created an image).
