Lilith's scrapbooking venture: June 2019

Welcome to the June Stand Alone Die Release Blog Hop and Giveaway. If you have come from Jennifer McGuire's blog you are right on track. You can start the hop over on the Altenew Card Blog.

For today's hop, I created two layouts. The first was made with the Virginia Rose Die and the Delicate Mandala Die.

How to:

Choose different patterned papers with colours that work well together. Cut out the flower and leaf shapes.
Use the Mandala Die to cut out a mandala shape.
Place the different elements on the layout. Create clusters of three placed in a triangular disposition placing the photo as centre piece.
Add your title and journalling and for detail a couple of doodled hearts.

For my second layout, I went with the Nesting Label Dies and cut out the shapes from patterned paper from the Blushing Blooms Paper Pack. I then placed them over a 8,5"x11" white piece of cardstock.

For my embellishments, I used some flowers that I cut out from a patterned paper from the same paper pack. For contrast, I added some stamped sentiments that I used as journalling.

Welcome to one of this month's release blog hops. If you have hopped over from Joni Andaya 's blog you are right on track. You can start the hop over on the Altenew Card Blog.

I created a card and a layout for this release. For my card, I picked the Sunflower Daisy Stamp and Mask Sets.

How to:

Pick your ink colors and stamp the first flower images using the different layer stamps.
Place the coordinating mask over the stamped image and stamp your second flower image in a different color combination.
Use the two flower masks and add some stamped foliage.
To add detail in the background, use the stencil leaf images from the stencil/mask set and add leaves using a blending tool.
Add your sentiment.

To add a bit of sparkle, I popped on a couple of sequins.

My next project is a layout which I created with the Pen Sketch Mandala Stamp Set.

I started by stamping the mandala shape using blue and green tones and then added some cut out flowers.
