There were so many lovely products to choose from this month. My favourite was the Dreamy Feathers Die Set. This set is so versatile as you go simple or very detailed.

I decided to create a circular design and drew a circle using a plate on some patterned paper from the Our Family Scrapbook Collection. Then I cut out floral images from another patterned paper from the same collection as extra embellishments.

Using the Dreamy Feathers Die I cut out some feathers and assembled them. Then I started putting the layout together.

This is such a fun design and can easily be recreated in many different ways making your layout unique each and every time.

This month I got two products:

Craft-a-Flower Open Peony
Build-a-Garden Daffodil Delight

Peonies are my favourite flower. There are so many varieties but my favourite ones are those that are very dense and have lots of petals. The Craft-a-Flower set reminded me of those pretty layered flowers.

I decided to keep the card very white and create a yellow flower. For extra detail I popped the flower onto an embossed card base which I embossed using the Flower Bed Embossing Folder.

The second card was created with the Build-A-Garden Daffodil Delight. I created yellow and pink toned flowers and added some thin washi tape for detail. The colouring stencils make it super easy. I prefer using stencils to layered stamping.

For today's release I created a card with the Happy Flowers Stamp Set and One Go Birthday Greetings Die.

Supplies:

Misti Stamp Positionner (or similar tool)
Sweet Dreams Crisp Ink Set
Pocket Full of Sunshine Crisp Ink Set
Mango Smoothie Artist Marker
Die Cutting tool
White cardstock

How to:

Cut out a piece of white cardstock to a card size.
Place onto your stamp positionner.
Take the first layer of the stamp of the larger flower and place it on the bottom left hand corner. Stamp the first colour (lighter shade).
Flip your card base 180° and repeat the process with the same colour. It will create a mirror image.
Remove the first stamp and place the second layer. Stamp with a darker shade. Then add the centre layers. Flipping the card each time.
Continue filling the edges of the card. Be mindful to change the stamp's position do the flower isn't always in the same position and to overlap over the edges.
Cut out some greeting strips with the One Go Birthday Greetings Die. Stamp a sentiment on it.
Place it on the card. I added some yellow cardstock to make it stand out.
To fill up any white space add some dots with an Artist Marker. I used Mango Smoothie.
