I have showed pictures of my room before but it has changed a little bit since. My office doubles up as scraproom. I am a teacher and do all my preparation work at home. I don't have a space at school for all my resource material so all of that is also in the office space. Lots of the furniture has come with us from our previous house and I hope that once our garden is finished (which won't be any time so) I'll be able to redo the whole office space and make it really functional for both my husband and I.
After editing I noticed I hadn't mentioned a where I store item like stamps etc... They are in red folders on the Expedit shelving unit and also in a basked on the same shelf. I hope you like this little tour of my room.
I also have two layout to show you made with my Scraptastic July Kits. I have used every simplebit of paper from the kit. LOVED THEM so much and I am thrilled to start working with the August ones which arrived today. Happy me.
This layout was created for our birthday bash at Scraptastic. The kit club turned three this weekend and we held an online crop. You can still participate in the challenges on the forum and you might win some FABULOUS prizes.
I wasn't too sure if I'd show the second one has it has a photo on me in bikini and I though I am a lot more comfortable with my body now I still have some way to go to accepting it. When I was a teenager I dreamt of wearing pretty bathing suits and maybe even a bikini but at that time (when I was 16) I weighed about 85kg for 1m70 which was way too much. It has been a long road and I weigh 59kg now and have been stable for over 2 years. I feel a lot fitter which was my essential goal but I still see myself as being fat which I know I am not but the mind is a funny thing. Using this picture of me and putting it on my blog is a way of forcing myself to see that I look okay.
Like I said in the tour of my room, I'm giving away a Knock Out punch kit worth 49.99$. Leave a comment in the comment section by next week Tuesday when I'll pick a winner.
I'll be back tomorrow with a video of the August Scraptastic kits and on Thursday I'll be posting the next summer colour video.
