Birthday card

8 June 2015

I made this card some time ago for a dear friend and then kept forgetting to give it to her. I finally remember to pop it in my bag.
It came together easily. I used a die that came with my BigShotPlus and coloured them with some watercolours. I layered them and added a doily and a sentiment. So easy. I am really enjoying working with the BigShotPlus machine. Later on this month I'll have a video showing some of its features.

You can get the starter kit here on the sizzix blog.

n° 701

17 August 2013

This is my 701st blogpost. Boy, that is a lot. I wanted to show you the next colour video but it is taking some time to upload. I'll add first thing in the morning. I do a have a couple of cards and a layout to show you that I made for my guest spot at Hip2Bsquare Scrapbooking.

So ... I'll see you tomorrow then.

Flutterbys

20 February 2012

These did seem a bit daunting at first but they are so much fun to use. Here's a little card I made using the American Crafts flutterbys.
Les flutterbys de american Crafts m'ont fait un peu peur au début mais ils sont tellement chouette à utiliser! Voici une petite carte faite avec les girlandes papillons.

9 January 2012

Yes yes, I can hear you all saying: "Lilith it's the same as last week". Well yes and no. Last week was for layouts or mini book / altered object projects, this weeks it is tags and cards and we had to use the photo as inspiration. I used the vertical lines and used the butterflies to break them up just as the mirror does in the picture. Love using my sewing machine!
