I had a wonderful time designing for Citrus Twist but decided not to reapply. I love working for Altenew and I felt I wasn't able to do both at the same time. I made this layout just before leaving on vacation and completely forgot to share it. I love the bright colours and think they match the goofy photo perfectly. 

The following two layouts I made just for fun. They really are the best layouts because the whole process is completely free. I love making my assignments but there are always constraints to take into account. When I scrapbook for fun I just go with the flow.

I'm currently working on a new blog schedule that will start in September. I hope to have at least one post a week and will be adding a couple of new themed items and challenges.

Citrus Twist July Layout

Hi there everyone. Most of my creating is for Altenew and even though I LOVE my Citrus Twist Kits I won't be reapplying for the DT. If you are interested they are having a DT call.  You can find out more about it HERE.


Here is my first layout with the July Scrapbook kit.

I used my Silhouette to cut out the title and then kept it clean and linear.  Love the way it turned out.

Citrus Twist June layouts

Now you would think that when you are on holiday you'd have lots of time to blog and craft. Nope. I have been busy getting the two eldest ready for their summer camp in the South of France and I got the CLEANING bug and had to sort through and clean the whole house (and garden).

We'll be leaving on holiday soon so I'm also creating loads of projects to have those ready while I'm away so blogging has been put on a side line (and I also still doing some school work like ordering books and presenting new tools to the principals). So as usual I'm busy.

I did find the time today to blog about my June layouts for Citrus Twist kits (they are having a DT call if you're interested).

April's Citrus Twist posts

Hello. Just popping in to show a couple more of my layouts created for Citrus Twist Kits. I'll be back soon with more ALTENEW projects too.

In the first layout I wanted to use the Maggie Holmes as base. I just added embellishments and my photo.

In the second layout I went with a whimsical look. You can watch the video below.

I just cut out some clouds from some patterned paper and then worked with the embellishments from the kit.

Citrus Twist ....

Finding the time to blog is so hard. Now that the boys are older I thought I'd have more time but I DON'T. They are always asking me for things. I'm going to write smaller posts and share my Citrus Twist Kits layouts as I make them. That way it'll be easier. 

Here is the first one I made with the April Sophie Main kit and the Add-on. I loved one of the patterned papers and cut out lots of stars which I placed in a circle.  Easy and so colourful.

March Citrus Twist kits

While I'm waiting for my April kit from Citrus Twist kits I realized I hadn't shared my March layouts. This month was a little more difficult. I got the HOME LIFE Add-on kit and the Pattern Paper Play. I had some trouble using the embellishments but managed to create some fun layouts.
I played with a leftover label die cut sheet.

The following layout was created for the 3-to-inspire. I went with a busier background which isn't my usual style but I do like it. 

The last layout was made with the March kits and some leftovers from February and January.
