This release is such a fun release. I really loved using the different stamps and dies. I created a layout and a card for my blog.
For my layout I paired the Aquarius Die and the All The Hearts Stamp set.
First I used the All the Hearts Stamp to create a background on some 8,5x11 smooth cardstock. I matted it onto some darker cardstock that had the same shade as the darkest ink colour that I used to stamp the hearts (Lagoon Crisp Ink). I matted the background onto some white cardstock and added some patterned paper to the left hand side to balance out the colours. This patterned paper was also used to frame my photo.
I cut out some elements from a patterned paper from the Reflection Scrapbook Collection and added the word AQUARIUS which I cut out of some Altenew Gold Cardstock.
To add some contrast I used sentiments and stamped them in a triangle. A wood veneer element adds the final touch.
For my card I combined the Fancy Frames Stamp set with one my older sets which I hadn't used yet: Get Well Soon Stamp set.
First I stamped three doily shapes. One large one and two smaller ones. I cut them out with the coordinating dies.

Welcome to the Altenew January 2019 Blog Hop featuring the new addition to the Watercolor Brush Collection. This set is called the Winter Wonderland Set.
Product Description:
Create stunning works of art with our Watercolor Brush Markers! The barrel is filled with water-based color, and coordinates with our line of inks. The flexible, yet sturdy bristles on the brush tip allow you to form both broad and fine strokes. Color can be applied straight from the marker, or diluted with water for a softer look.
I created a home project using the Wild Ferns Stamp set and used one of my favourite techniques which is the resist technique.
How to:
- Stamp one of the fern images on the top part of the watercolour cardstock. Use embossing ink and add embossing powder on top.
- Heat emboss the embossing powder.
- Choose some colours from the Winter Wonderland Set. I used Mountain Mist, Lagoon, Emerald and Persian Blue.
- Tip: Add water to the paper before this will help the colours move around and blend.
- Add a title and a text.

Welcome to the January BAF blog hop. First of all let me wish you all a HAPPY NEW YEAR. May the 12 months of new year be full of creativity, joy, love and peace.

I created a fun layout using the BAF set and paired it with a just a few elements: 1 patterned paper from the Celestial 6x6 Paper Pack, 2 butterfly stickers from the Watercolor Butterfly Stickers sheet and the stamp HAPPY from the Gradient Sunset Stamp set.
I used some of the sentiments from the BAF Hyacinth set as journalling and added a couple of ink splatters using the Lavender Fields Spray Ink. I love the tiny bit of shine it adds to the layout.
