If you have hopped over from Sveta Fotinia's blog you are right on track. Today’s Release blog hop is probably one of my favourite. I love stamps and dies but sometimes I just want to whip up a quick layout and I don’t have time to stamp and die cut. Loose embellishments are such a timesaver and ready to use. The ones released this month are right up my alley: butterflies, enamel dots and wood veneer elements that I can customize.
For my layout I chose to use the. Butterfly stickers and enamel dots.
I had a whole lot of extra flowers which I had cut out of washi tape and used those too. The layout came together in under 10 minutes.
First I placed my frames and photos to get the general design down on paper. Then I filled the frame with enamel dots and some wood veer elements.

I'm with you: I love sitting down and doing some really intricate coloring, but sometimes I need to make a card fast, and by the time I finish at my usual pace, the person will already be well and recovered! (True story.) So I really enjoy these sorts of embellishments as well. Thanks for sharing your great layout with us!
