A few more days until the summer holidays. I can't wait. I am sooo tired. This week has been grrrrr awful. All four boys have been sick in turns which means our nights have been really short and with all the correcting and getting reports ready I am just knackered. I did have some time to change the look of my blog . And I also made this page based on a sketch. I just love that picture. 

Encore quelques jours jusqu'aux vacances. J'ai hâte d'y être. Cette semaine a été difficile mais j'ai quand même trouvé le temps de refaire la déco de mon blog et cette page pour le challenge clustering sur CS Avenue.

Crop 10th July

A first

Look what I saw on twopeasinabucket today. This has never happened to me before.

Game -jeu Bulle2scrap

I have been really busy correcting exams but yesterday evening I had just abouit had enough of correcting so I decided to scrap. I made this layout for a challenge on the Bulle2scrap forum. I had to use a sketch and colour combo. Once my layout finished I then had to choose and sketch and colour combo (from 2 specific challenge blogs). I love the bright colours of my layout and those pictures of Robin are so cute (if I may say so myself).

Hier soir, j'avais vraiment envie de faire autre chose que corriger. J'ai décidé de mettre les corrections de côté et de scrapper.  J'ai fait une page pour un des challenge de Juin sur le forum Bulle2scrap. Il faut créer une page à partir d'un sketch de SCRAPIDEES et une combo de Carnet de Couleur. Voici ma page.

June sketch challenge at the nook

On Wednesday the exam period starts so I am really using the time I have for scrapping because as from Wednesday on you'll find me behind my desk not scrapping but correcting for at least 5 days. Nadia made this sketch for the June sketch challenge and I thought I would play along. I flipped it and put my stamp on it. I hope you can still see the sketch in there somewhere. DH said he couldn't but he's not an expert. I used my new Kesi'art dies for the dandelions.

my Hip April layouts and cards. The April kit has to be my favourite. I still have heaps leftover and I'll be using them very soon. I just love the colours and I am such a fan of Jillibean soup. With no further a due here's what I made.

Enfin, je peux vous montrer mes créations faites avec le kit d'avril de Hip2Bsquare. Ce kit était MAGNIFIQUE et il m'en reste. Je suis sure de utiliser chaque morceau. Voici ce que j'en ai fait:

 This one with the piano must be one of my favourite, just because I love that piano to bits.

And then the cards. I am not much of a card maker and I don't know why. I never seem to get them right. I'll have to practise some more. It's quite a challenge making four cards but I at least I get to do something outside of my comfort zone and I hope to get better.
Et puis les 4 cartes. Je ne sais pas pourquoi mais je n'aime pas trop les faire. Elles me prennent plus de temps que mes pages. Comme je dois en faire au moins 4 avec mon kit, j'essaie et j'apprends.

Here are some sneaks of my layouts made with the April kit. I HEART this kit and I love each and every layout I made (which is unlike me as I am usually quite critical about my work).
