Yep, that's me. Today is my ????????? oh yes 32nd birthday. And how do I feel. Well, pretty good. Now what did I get. A bump on the head, was my first gift. Yesterday while putting my groceries in the car, the car boot fell on my head. I have a nasty bump and  I had to stay at home in the afternoon as I had a small concussion. Nothing serious. My second gift was this:

 

with bag and some extras. When I opened it I felt just like child, all giddy and happy. I can't tell you how pleased I was. My third present ( yes a third) is that DH has taken the day off to look after the kids so that I can scrap a bit. This evening family dinner and cake. I really am a lucky gal.

 Et oui, aujourd'hui c'est mon 32ème anniversaire. J'ai reçu:

1. une grosse bosse (hier en mettant les courses dans la voiture le coffre est tombé sur ma tête. J'ai une grosse bosse et hier je n'ai pas su aller travailler après-midi car j'avais une petite commotion. Tout va bien maintenant, mais la bosse est encore là.

2. Un superbe appareil photo avec des petits extras. Quand j'ai vu ça j'ai réagi comme un enfant, j'étais toute excitée. 

3. Mon mari a pris congé la journée et va garder les enfants pour que je puisses scraper un peu.

Ce soir repas familiale et gâteau. J'ai de la chance. 

Je vous laisse avec les photos d'un mini commencé en octobre à un crop. C'est la talentueuse Delphine qui avait concocté cette merveille.

Stamping ...

I love using stamps on my projects so when I saw a stamping challenge on twopeas I started scrapping and here's the layout I made. I am really pleased the way it turned out. This is really my kind of layout. I also love these pictures of Damien and Noé. They are such good friends and brothers. 

Voici une petite page faite pour un challenge sur le site de TWOPEAS. J'adore les tampons et le défi était d'utiliser les tampons comme bordure ou titre ou autre. J'aime beaucoup cette page car je trouve qu'elle correspond bien à mon style de scrap.

And then, look at the sneak peek of the January kit. Isn't it gorgeous. That mini album is just calling my name. Can't wait to get it. I'm still waiting for the December one. It seems the custom officers in Antwerp like Hip2Bsquare scrapbooking goodies as the kit has been there for 4 days.

52nd Street

I have never tried making and album that documents every week of the year but this year I am going to give it a go and as on the CS Avenue forum a few others are doing it as well I hope to make it through the 52 weeks. Tweety is giving us ideas for every week, name of the game: 52nd Street. Here's my album and the first two layouts. One with my resolutions and the other with my DH.

CS Avenue: game time

On the forum CSAvenue I signed up for a game which I'm really enjoying. Each week we get to pick a card with several instructions which we have to follow when making our layout. I have managed to keep up and make one layout each week. Here are some of those layouts.

December Daily: the finished product.

Today I put the finishing touches to my December Daily project. I loved making it but I was difficult to keep up with the journaling and take photos everyday. I'll do it again but maybe in a different way. I hope you are ready as there are lots and I mean lots of pictures. Sorry for the quality, but it's so grey at the moment outside and I had to use my flash which means the photos aren't that good.

Enfin, mon December Daily est terminé. J'ai adoré le faire même si parfois c'était difficile. A refaire mais peut-être sous une autre forme. Alors, êtes vous prêts? Il y a beaucoup de photos (désolée pour la qualité des images).

 I used patterned paper from Z'etiquettes and Christmas stickers from SEI and another brand (forgot the name, oops!).
