Looking back I realise I have changed a lot. When I met my husband I weighed 26 kg more than I do now and I was very shy and felt really bad about myself. 14 years down the line and I have never felt better. I really owe this all to my other half, my one and only. I really should say it more often but he is awesome. My kids have also given me so much. I feel so much more confident partly because they give me so much love and affection. Scrapbooking has also given me that extra push to finding myself. 2011 was a wonderful year and my resolution for 2012 is to enjoy. Enjoy my work, my family and my hobby. I also want to thank all of you who over the years have left comments which filled me with joy. 

I thank God for all I have and will try to give more to others as well. Just needed to say this! 

I do have some more news and things to show. First the news:

May from Color Conspiracy has asked me to join her DT. I love her collections which are ever so vibrant and fun! It will be a fun year that's for sure. Here are a layout and some cards I made.

For the layout I wanted to use several pictures so I made a mini book on it.  (Did this a year ago but used page protectors instead! See post here.)

And then this: a mini I made with quotes I found on pinterest and that I want to use on my layouts! All products are from AC (except the stamps). I will update the supply list later on this week!  I used some brown paper used to protect scrapbook items from one of my online orders.

My huge secret is revealed

I am really honoured to be part of the CRATE PAPER Design Team. It's dream come true! My layout on their blog isn't with any of their collections but it wasn't required. I picked it because it just feels like me! Can't wait to get creating! Go and check out the other DT members! They are all amazing! They are all here and here.

Project life

I have been watching several scrapbookers doing Project Life and have always wanted to have a go and I LOVE it. I really thought it would take lots of time but it doesn't. I am not too strict either. If I miss a day it's not that bad and sometimes I have loads to tell about one day and near to nothing for the next. I just want to have fun! I didn't buy anything for PL, because I want to use my stash. I have got load of stuff! Lots to show you, so I might do several posts this weekend!

J'ai beaucoup de personnes l'an dernier faire Project Life et je me lance cette année. J'adore et j'espère tenir jusqu'à la fin de l'année! Je le fais à ma façon et si je n'ai su prendre des photos pour un ou plusieurs jours de la semaine ce n'est pas grave. Je veux m'amuser!

Color Combo palette 214

Yes yes, I can hear you all saying: "Lilith it's the same as last week". Well yes and no. Last week was for layouts or mini book / altered object projects, this weeks it is tags and cards and we had to use the photo as inspiration. I used the vertical lines and used the butterflies to break them up just as the mirror does in the picture. Love using my sewing machine!

Et oui, c'est le même que la semaine passée sauf que cette semaine il faut s'inspirer de la photo et faire uniquement des cartes ou tags. Voici ma carte. J'ai gardé les lignes verticales et j'ai utilisé les papillons pour casser ces lignes comme le mirroir dans la photo!
